Rule 71-801 Implementing National Instrument 71-101 The Multijurisdictional Disclosure System

Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 71-101” means National Instrument 71-101 The Multijurisdictional Disclosure System of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective November 1, 1998.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1 NI 71-101 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.
