Council of the Institute of the Prince Edward Island Professional Planners

The Department of Housing, Land and Communities is soliciting applications from residents of the province with knowledge of the Registered Professional Planners Act but are not members of the PEI Institute of Professional Planners.

Council of the Institute of the Prince Edward Island Professional Planners shall manage and control the affairs and business of the Prince Edward Island Institute of Professional Planners.  

The Council is currently seeking applications for members at large.

Regulated Health Professions Councils 

Would you like to support a health profession by volunteering on one of the regulated councils as a public representative? The role of Regulated Health Profession Councils is to regulate the practice of the health profession, participate in discipline proceedings and other duties. As a public representative, your role helps provide accountability to the public for the regulated health professions.

Councils under the Regulated Health Professions Act include:

  • Council of the Prince Edward Island College of Occupational Therapists
  • Council of the College of Allied Health Professionals of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Counselling Therapy of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Dental Hygienists of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Dietitians of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Massage Therapists of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Registered Nurses and Midwives of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the Prince Edward Island College of Pharmacy
  • Council of the Prince Edward Island College of Physiotherapy
  • Council of the Prince Edward Island Dental College
  • Council of the College of Optometrists of Prince Edward Island
  • Council of the College of Paramedicine of Prince Edward Island
