Renew a Business: Co-operative or Non-profit Corporation

Any Co-operative Association or Non-profit corporation registered with the Province must renew the registration annually. Please complete the online form below.

What information do I need to complete the online form?

You will be asked to provide:

• Business identity and contact information
• CRA Business Number or PEI Registration Number 
• Name of auditor appointed at the annual meeting 
• Identity and contact information for current Directors/ Officers (noting any change of names currently registered) 
• Full payment of renewal  fee

What is the annual fee to renew a corporate registration?

• Renew a Co-operative association: $30
• Renew a Non-profit corporation: $20
