All owners of Water or Wastewater Facilities must register that facility with the department.

Providers of Water and Wastewater Training Courses can submit an application to have their course added to a pre-approved training course list.

Under the Environmental Impact Assessment, if you are establishing an operation that will house livestock, you must also complete and submit a Commerical Livestock Operations Project Information Application Form.

The permit will help to ensure that all facilities operate in accordance with provincial regulations and that the release of pollutants is minimized.
