Request for Reconsideration of Materials Policy
Individuals may request a reconsideration of library materials, programs, space rentals, or decisions/policies using the online Public Library Service Request for Reconsideration form. A PDF copy of the form is also available that users can submit to any public library. Depending on the nature of the request, submissions will be forwarded to the appropriate library staff member for review.
