The Community Economic Development Business (CEDB) program is a method for Islanders to invest in economic development within their community.

The 1999 Prince Edward Island Provincial Budget was presented by the Hon. Patricia J. Mella, Provincial Treasurer and Chair of Treasury Board, at 8:00 p.m. on April 6, 1999.

The Estimates represent the financial plan of the province for the fiscal year commencing April 1, 2001, and are presented by the government in support of its request to the Legislative Assembly for authority to spend public monies.
