Tanning Facility Inspection Program

A tanning facility provides clients with access to tanning beds or booths that expose them to artificially produced ultraviolet light. Tanning facility operators in PEI are required by law to prohibit access to anyone under age 18 years and must visibly display signage indicating the health hazards associated with using tanning equipment. Pneumococcal Vaccine Orders

The Pneumococcal vaccine is available from the Provincial Pharmacy throughout the year. Please use the online form below to order vaccines as necessary (maximum ten per order). All immunizers are required to collect data on each vaccine recipient and report to the Chief Public Health Office in accordance with the Public Health Act Immunization Regulations.
