File a Municipal Bylaw

This is an online submission form for municipalities to file bylaws with the Minister responsible for Municipal Affairs. Multiple bylaws can be filed in one submission. Who submits municipal bylaws? The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), or their designate, submits bylaws to the Minister. When must a bylaw be filed? A bylaw must be filed after it has been adopted by Council.
