Important Update Regarding Paramedic Licensing Transition from the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Board of Prince Edward Island to the College of Paramedicine of PEI: On April 1, 2024 the College of Paramedicine of PEI (CPPEI) was established under the Regulated Health Professions Act. In accordance, all paramedic licensing will be processed and regulated by CPPEI. PEI teachers may apply to upgrade their qualification level by submitting all required information, documentation and evaluation fee payment using the online form below. You are encouraged to have your courses pre-approved by the Registrar. Download pre-approval form.
