What is the Fresh Products Directory?

The Fresh Products Directory (FPD) is an annual publication created:

  • to support primary producers who direct market agri-food and seafood products to consumers.
  • in a map format to help consumers get a general idea of where the farm or seafood market is located in the province.

The FPD directs consumers to the location where producers sell their products.

Who should participate in the Fresh Products Directory?

Producers and harvesters of agri-food and seafood products who direct market to consumers at the location indicated on the Directory.

What is required to participate?

  • All businesses must provide a safe and welcoming environment for consumers

*New participants will be contacted by Department Staff ahead of the 2025 season to coordinate a site visit

What is the cost to participate in the Directory?

There is no cost to be included in the Directory for 2025, but producers are required to register online.
