About the Natural Products Appeals Tribunal

The Natural Products Appeals Tribunal is responsible for hearing appeals of orders, directions or decisions made by commodity boards and marketing commissions in the province and appeals of orders, directions or regulations made by the PEI Marketing Council.
Who serves on the appeal board?
Community members are appointed from among individuals who apply through Engage PEI.
