When do I need a permit to operate a used oil burner?

You need a Permit to Operate a Used Oil Burner if your company operates a used oil burner.

You must complete a Permit to Operate a Used Oil Burner Application Form and forward it, together with the appropriate fee, to the department.

What is the fee?

The fee is $100 per year. There is no HST. 

Make cheques payable to the Minister of Finance.
