Hillsborough Park Community Development Plan

The Government of Prince Edward Island, through the Prince Edward Island Housing Corporation, is proposing up to 1,200 units -- a mix of single family, multi-unit, townhouse and apartment-style accommodations -- for its 85-acre property and a built community designed for active transportation and public transit along with retail, commercial and green space. 

The goal is to create a dynamic and affordable community for all Islanders that is a model for ecological planning and a "Complete Communities" design.
