Part 1 Definitions
1.1 In this Rule “MI 62-104” means Multilateral Instrument 62-104 Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective February 1, 2008.
Part 2 Adoption as a Rule
2.1 MI 62-104 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.
Part 3 Effective Date
3.1 This instrument comes into effect on March 17, 2008.
