Boaters urged to be cautious around Cascumpec Bridge construction

Users of the Mill River are asked to use caution when operating near the Cascumpec Bridge replacement project on Route 12.

The construction site creates safety hazards beneath the bridge and within the watercourse surrounding the bridge. The channel for boat traffic will vary in size and location so boaters should pay close attention to posted navigational aids.

Boaters are asked to navigate safely at all times and operate at speeds that will not create risk or inconvenience for other waterway users and construction workers in the area.
