Borden Carleton, 20 Dickie Rd:
- CLOSING May 16 *additional hours added to schedule at Slemon Park location
Summerside, Slemon Park:
- Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- May 23 (Victoria Day) - CLOSED
Charlottetown, 64 Park Street:
- Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

O’Leary, 14 MacKinnon Drive
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

“Health PEI continues to review the COVID-19 data and re-evaluate services based on the changing needs of Islanders,” said Corinne Rowswell, Chief Operating Officer at Health PEI. “By moving resources from the Borden Dickie Road location to the Slemon Park site, we’re ensuring access to testing is available where it is most needed.”
