The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the Special Premises Liquor License of “Big Mug Bar”, license number SL140149, located in Summerside, for an eight (8) day period as follows:
• 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2016, to 9:00 a.m., Saturday, October 1, 2016.
The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that a violation of the Liquor Control Act took place under the following section which reads as follows:
Section 40.(1)
No person shall knowingly sell, give or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the age of nineteen years.
