
The PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation invites everyone to attend events and activities happening throughout the summer at the seven heritage sites across the province.

The following sites are open for the summer season as of the dates below:
- Orwell Corner Historic Village – Open on May 26
- Experience what life was like in PEI during the 1890s at Orwell Corner Historic Village by participating in hands-on activities and programs including:
- Kids Summer Camps (registration is open)
- Food on the Farm - Bread and butter making
- Forge on the Farm - Blacksmith experience
- In the Time of Maud – An afternoon of activities including tea, time with farm animals, dancing on the village green, and a wagon ride along the route Lucy Maud Montgomery travelled in 1910.
- Experience what life was like in PEI during the 1890s at Orwell Corner Historic Village by participating in hands-on activities and programs including:
- Basin Head Fisheries Museum; Elmira Railway Museum; and Green Park Shipbuilding Museum and Yeo House – Open on June 2
- The popular ghost tour, The Haunting of Yeo House, returns to Green Park Shipbuilding Museum, and includes stories of spooky sightings and strange sounds at the historic Victorian home. It runs select days throughout July and August.
“It’s really a privilege that we get to welcome so many visitors from off-Island every summer, but we truly love to see residents sharing and discovering the Island’s past,” said PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation executive director, Matthew McRae. “There’s fun for everyone at our sites, wherever you come from and whatever your age!”
Individual, family, and group passes are available online at PEI Heritage Passport or at any of the seven historic sites.
