Portion of Point Deroche Road closed during construction

A portion of Point Deroche Road in Blooming Point is closed for construction between July 21 and August 1, weather permitting.

The road closure is about 1 km between the MacDonald Road and the Afton Road.

Dates: 
Construction is expected to start on Monday, July 21 and finish in early August.

Traffic: 
Motorists must choose alternate routes, as the road will be closed.

Safety:

  • Traffic should reduce speed and be prepared to stop.
  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area.
