The Prince Edward Island (PEI) Department of Health and Wellness has partnered with Saskatchewan Polytechnic to deliver the Transition to Registered Nursing in Canada (TRNC) program to internationally educated nurses with the essential education, skills and training required for a successful transition to registered nursing in Canada.
