Apply for Provincial Parks Student Positions

The application process for students looking for summer employment in Prince Edward Island Provincial Parks is open to on-line applications from January 7, 2019 to March 22, 2019. The expected hourly rate of pay in 2019 is between $12.21 and $16.74.

Who can apply?

For the purpose of this competition, a student is defined as a person that has been in full-time attendance at an educational institution and affirms that they will be returning to full-time attendance in the fall of the same year.

Applicants should be friendly, outgoing, mature, willing to learn, and enjoy working with the public.  Available positions include life-guarding on beaches and pools, carrying out programs and daily activities for campers.

What do I need to complete the application?

Persons wishing to compete for the provincial parks positions can complete the on-line application be.

  • a resume (optional)

How long does the application take to complete?

If you have your resume ready to upload, the application will take less than 20 minutes to complete. If you prefer to fill out the information required it may take a little longer.
