Search Civic Address Information
To find information such as Property ID, emergency service providers, and community information for a PEI address:
- Select in the drop-down menu whether you'd like to search by Address or by Property ID.
- To search by Address
- Type full or partial address to find results in the Address field. Adding the street number is optional. Example: Searching for "Main st" or "5 Main".
- Choose your community from the Community drop-down.
- To search by Property ID
- Type your Property ID in the search box.
- Click the Search button.
Once the results table is displayed, clicking the PID link will bring you to the Civic Address Locator Map location for your address.

Search Tips - If you are unable to find your address, try using the abbreviated road suffix under Street Name (e.g. for Road try "rd", for Street try "st", for Lane try "ln", etc.)
Only PEI properties with a civic address are included. A civic address is assigned to any “improved” property having a specific assessed value, i.e. livable dwelling, accessory buildings/barns, well/septic, etc. Vacant land may not have a civic address assigned to it.
