The Workers Compensation Board is governed by a board of directors that establishes the strategic plan, policies and programs required for the administration of the Workers Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Who serves on the board?
Employer and worker representatives are appointed from among individuals who apply through Engage PEI.
Who is the minister responsible?
The minister responsible is the Minister of Workforce, Advanced Learning and Population.
