2.1 MI 11-102 is amended in accordance with Amendments to Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective September 28, 2009.
Part 3 Effective Date
3.1 This instrument comes into effect on September 28, 2009.

Part 1 Definitions
1.1 In this Rule “MI 11-102” means Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective March 17, 2008, as amended on September 28, 2009 and on April 30, 2010.
Part 2 Amendment of Multilateral Instrument
2.1 MI 11-102 is amended in Appendix D by striking the words “s. 1 of Local Rule 55-501" in the cell under the heading “PEI” in the row immediately under the subheading “Insider Reporting” and substituting the words “s. 104".
Part 3 Effective Date
3.1 This instrument comes into effect on April 30, 2010, immediately after the Amendments to Multilateral Instrument 11-802, effective April 30, 2010, come into effect.
