Part 1 Definitions

1.1 In this Rule “NI 31-103” means National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements and Exemptions of the Canadian Securities Administrators, made effective in Prince Edward Island on September 28, 2009.

Part 2 Adoption as a Rule

2.1 NI 31-103 is adopted as a Rule under the Securities Act.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1 This instrument comes into effect on September 28, 2009.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on July 11, 2011.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on July 15, 2013.

Part 3 Effective Date

3.1  This instrument comes into effect on January 11, 2015.
