Accommodation Complaint Mediation/Customer Feedback
The Tourism Industry Act requires every accommodation owner in the province to obtain an operator's license. The Act further stipulates that every property must be inspected on an annual basis. It is against the law to offer accommodations to the public without a license. If you have any concerns regarding a tourism accommodation, please contact tourismpei@gov.pe.ca

Although it is customary to share comments/concerns with businesses/organizations directly, we too appreciate feedback, which provides us with the opportunity as a department and an industry to grow.
